The Just Beachy Townhouse is on Thomas Drive across the street from the beach.
2 BR - 1 1/2 BA Townhouse
There's 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath. It's fully equipped with a full size kitchen, all cooking and eating utensils. You have cable tv and a washer and dryer.And no elevator! Park right at your door. The beach is across the street at Luff Street. That's where Beach Access # 11 is. It is just takes a couple of minutes to walk over. But if you would rather drive, there are parking spaces too.
Master Bedroom w/King Bed
This townhouse is 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths. The bedrooms and the full bathroom is upstairs. This is the master, it has cable tv, DVD player and VCR. There is also a huge closet. The living room is furnished with very a comfy leather sofa and matching loveseat. You have cable tv, DVD player, VCR, stereo. The patio is just out the back past the dining room. The washer and dryer are there too.

This townhouse is about a mile west of
St. Andrews State Park.
You can take their
Shuttle Boat
over to
Shell Island.
The shuttle leaves every half hour. So you can pack a picnic lunch and stay all day or just go for a few hours.
Another great thing about this townhouse is that it is just around the corner from
Captain Anderson's Marina
on the lagoon. Which is also home of The Treasure Ship restaurant.
